Connect technology to operations

  • Where is performance being lost?
  • What must change across channels and teams?
  • How will a pilot become an owned operation?

Build around the operating decision.

Commerce & growth

Connect website, app, marketplace and fulfilment decisions. Diagnose assortment, conversion, picking and delivery constraints before choosing where technology can help.

Implementation & ownership

Agree deployment and model choices, data access, evaluation and handover. Scope applicable Saudi privacy and operational requirements with the client’s legal and security owners.

Selected experience

Practical questions

Can a Saudi mandate include a delivery team?

Yes, where the scope and partner setup support it. Larger mandates can scale to 35–50 people through specialist and partner teams, subject to scope, budget, timing and mobilisation. This is delivery capacity, not permanent employee headcount.

Can the AI workload remain on approved infrastructure?

We can assess private or on-premises options, including model choice and routing. The brief should specify where data, inference and logs are allowed, who has access and what happens when a model fails.

How do you start a turnaround or transformation?

Agree the baseline, the responsible executive and the first operating constraint to resolve. Establish a measurable decision gate before committing to a broader rollout.
